Pam Dorsey is an accomplished Real Estate Investor, owning 148 units valued at $9.2 million and counting.  As a Title Insurance Producer and Notary Signing Agent, she's worked on behalf of title companies to execute the purchase/sale of properties in Maryland.  She is uniquely qualified to understand all aspects of real estate having been a homeowner at the age of 21 and personally buying/selling residential properties in the area since then.

In addition to Paragon Investment Partners, Inc., Pam owns and operates HR consulting firms, PD Solutions Group, Inc. following a successful 25-year career leading Human Resources programs and teams in prominent companies like NPR and Spacex.  She brings her leadership and business management experience as a Human Resources executive, coupled with the knowledge of real estate to meet the needs of buyers and sellers in the market.  Client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her most.

Nakiea “Nikki” Dade is an accomplished Real Estate Investor owning 148 units, valued at $9.2 million, and counting. Before starting as a Real Estate Agent in 2017, Nikki was founder and  business owner of Faces of Dimensions, a lucrative hair and make-up studio servicing the Metropolitan area for over 15 years.  She has dealt with every aspect of business from operations to finances and has the acumen to make sound business decisions. Kristina Inglis

Underwriting Consultant / Real Estate Investor

 Kristina Inglis earned her BS in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from Siena College and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.  Most recently she completed the Advanced Real Estate Development and Investment Workshop through the George Mason University School of Business.  Prior to shifting her career trajectory to Real Estate investing, she worked in Finance for a large investment bank for 4 years as an Associate Director and then transitioned to a commodities hedge fund as assistant controller/analyst.  After relocating from Connecticut to Virginia, she joined an investment firm in Arlington that specializes in managing multi-manager long/short equity fund portfolios, as controller. There she was responsible for managing the accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance for the management company and its funds.  After a 10 year career here, she took some time to be home with her family and pursue real estate investing.
